HOW DO I IMPROVE THE SAFETY OF MY GARAGE DOOR?

To improve the safety of your garage door, it is important to regularly check the sensors, ensure the door is always free and clear of any obstructions, complete regular visual inspections, and test the reverse function.

WHAT WEAR AND TEAR SHOULD I LOOK FOR WHEN VISUALLY INSPECTING MY GARAGE DOOR?

Before you visually inspect your garage, review your owner’s manual to learn where parts are located. When you visually inspect your garage door, you should look at the springs, cables, pulleys, bolts, and rollers. If you suspect anything may be off, contact Midwest Garage Door Company as soon as possible to ensure the safety and operation of your garage door.

HOW DO I TEST THE REVERSE FUNCTION ON A GARAGE DOOR?
